Invite a Teacher

Classroom owners can invite other teachers (co-teachers) to their classroom. Co-Teachers can grade all assessments for the students in the classroom, manage the student's in the class (create, edit and delete) and use the other teacher's criteria when creating assessments in the classroom.

note

Teachers that you invite to your classroom must have an active Grader subscription.

Inviting a teacher on Mobile

1. Open the Grader mobile app
2. Press Classes
3. Open the classroom you want to invite the teacher to
4. Press the Pencil button in the top right. If this is not visible, you do not have editorial access to the classroom.
5. Press Manage Teachers
6. Press the Plus button in the top right
7. Enter the Email address of the teacher you want to invite
8. Press Invite in the top right

Inviting a classroom on the Website

1. Open https://app.grader.au
2. Click on Classes on the left menu bar
3. Click on the classroom you want to invite a teacher to
4. Click on Teachers on the left under the classroom name
5. Click Invite teacher to this classroom in the top right
6. Enter the Email address of the teacher you want to invite
7. Press Invite
